Cancellation and refund policy
How to raise a question about an enquiry or a later agreed transaction.
1. Scope and operator
This policy addresses enquiries and questions about a confirmed clothing or accessory purchase with Maria Luisa da Silva, identified at R ANDRE SIQUEIRA, 182, JARDIM FERNANDES, SÃO PAULO - SP, 03580-130, Brazil. The pages contain no payment processor, subscription or checkout. They do not sell the explanatory drawings or concept images. A future transaction requires its own accepted conditions. Contact [email protected] with the relevant matter; preparing that draft does not automatically lodge or approve a monetary claim. A payment to a separate provider must be identified as such.
2. Before a purchase is confirmed
An enquiry about a garment, fit or accessory does not reserve an item or produce a charge. You can change the category or abandon the email draft before sending. If a separate purchase is proposed, confirm the item and the applicable cancellation and return information before accepting it. This site does not introduce a fixed fee for changing an enquiry, and it does not invent a standard return window for products whose actual purchase conditions have not yet been agreed.
3. After a clothing transaction
A request involving fit preference, the wrong item or a possible defect should describe those facts accurately. The relevant item, transaction conditions and mandatory customer rights matter to the review. Do not assume a diagram establishes a product’s construction or that every worn or unworn item has the same treatment. Explain whether the request concerns cancellation, return, replacement or another remedy and keep the actual purchase information. This general page neither promises every request will be accepted nor excludes rights that apply.
4. Information that identifies the matter
Provide the item description or reference, the transaction reference if one exists, and a concise account of the issue. A size label and garment measurement can be useful when fit is the question. Use a payment reference rather than sending a full card number. If a photograph is later needed, agree the transfer route and avoid images revealing unrelated personal information. The enquiry page has no file-upload field or hidden return-submission system.
5. Communication and possible resolution
Review requires enough information to identify the arrangement and understand the request. Further clarification may be needed, particularly when the issue involves different participants or more than one payment. Any resolution should explain the action or amount, method and relevant timing in the actual conversation. The public website does not promise a universal response deadline, refund-processing period or bank settlement time. Do not make an additional payment merely because an unverified message claims it is necessary to obtain a refund.
6. Rights and separate agreements
Nothing here removes a mandatory right or remedy. Applicable law and a valid transaction-specific agreement remain relevant to a cancellation, defect or payment concern. A third party that collected a payment may have its own process and responsibilities; this operator cannot issue that provider’s refund by changing a browser preview. Keep the transactions distinct when explaining a request. Consult the Terms for the website’s role and the Privacy policy for how enquiry information moves through the email-draft workflow.
