Privacy policy
Information in the browser, network delivery and voluntary correspondence.
1. Operator and scope
Maria Luisa da Silva presents this website, with the identification address R ANDRE SIQUEIRA, 182, JARDIM FERNANDES, SÃO PAULO - SP, 03580-130, Brazil. Questions about information associated with clothing and accessory enquiries can be raised through [email protected]. This notice concerns the published pages and the email-draft tool. It distinguishes information visible inside the browser from correspondence a visitor independently decides to send. The pages do not establish the internal practices of a visitor’s own network, device or email service. A later commercial arrangement may need additional information appropriate to that arrangement.
2. Voluntary enquiry information
The enquiry asks for name, reply email, optional company or project, interest and message. There is no file upload, login or payment field. The relevant context may be a garment category, a fabric question or a preference about the scale of an accessory. An enquiry does not require intimate photographs or health information. General preferences can be discussed without recording a wearer’s full personal profile.
3. Preview and email handoff
Reviewing the draft lets a visitor check whether the selected clothing or accessory interest is correct. No purchase, reservation, customer account or personalised fit assessment is created at that step. The message remains under the visitor’s control until separately sent. The form creates a local preview and a separate link to the device’s email application. It does not post fields to a website database. You review and send separately; the email service handles that step under its own policies. A prepared draft is not delivery confirmation.
4. Requests required to deliver a page
cPanel hosting and Cloudflare delivery are used to serve the pages. A request can include an IP address, resource URL, request time, browser characteristics and protocol information. Hosting and network services may handle these technical records to deliver resources, diagnose faults and protect infrastructure. The absence of a website enquiry database does not mean that infrastructure has no records. Technical delivery data is separate from the message text you type in the form; this notice does not promise anonymous access or a particular provider log-retention period.
5. Browser features and measurement
The authored script does not set cookies or write local storage or session storage. Original illustrations, styles and scripts use local site paths. Browser history, cache, autofill and restored tabs depend on your device settings. Cloudflare may add traffic and performance analytics, email-address protection and network-error reporting at its delivery layer. Those features can process resource and connection information independently of the form preview. The site contains no authored advertising pixel, social feed, external video player or online payment control. Browser controls can inspect and clear site data.
6. Handling a received conversation
A fit question and a later delivery instruction have different purposes. The initial conversation can establish what item information is being requested; a purchase may require a separate discussion of the information needed to fulfil it. Do not assume optional preferences will become a customer profile. Handling must follow the purpose and applicable grounds, such as steps requested before an agreement, performance of an agreement or legal obligations. A distinct consent-based purpose needs its own explanation and choice. An enquiry does not enrol a visitor in unrelated promotions.
7. Records, locations and service providers
A message about fabric can remain distinct from any later item transaction, payment reference or complaint. Those records can have different reasons for retention. There is no claim that a retailer’s transaction obligations disappear when the browser preview is closed. Network and email providers can operate in different countries. A record’s purpose, applicable obligations and unresolved matters influence retention. No universal provider deletion schedule is promised by this page.
8. Access, correction and requests
Contact [email protected] to identify a conversation you want to ask about, correct or have reviewed for removal. Give enough context to locate the information without disclosing unnecessary identity documents. Depending on applicable law, rights can include information about processing, access, correction, deletion, objection or withdrawal of consent where relied on. Conditions and exceptions may apply. A request should distinguish your own data from business specifications or material belonging to someone else. Complaints may also be raised with a competent authority under the rules that apply. A privacy request concerning a fit discussion should identify the relevant conversation rather than resending all measurements or images. Someone enquiring on behalf of a wearer should explain that relationship. Do not disclose another person’s preferences or contact details without an appropriate basis.
9. Practical safeguards and younger visitors
The site does not invite children to submit body measurements or clothing photographs. A first clothing enquiry can be kept general. Confirm the relevance of any requested later information before sharing it, and avoid sending a complete identity document to ask about an accessory. Use a device and email account you trust. Confirm the recipient before sending. The initial contact does not create a confidentiality agreement, and no online method supplies absolute security.
10. Changes and the current notice
The revision shown on the page identifies the published version. A change to the enquiry interface, infrastructure or commercial workflow can require a corresponding update. A new website notice does not silently change a separate agreement governing earlier records. Read the form explanation when using it, and ask about any processing requirement that affects your decision before sending material. The Contact page identifies the same enquiry route, while the Terms explain how a conversation differs from an accepted order or commissioned project.
11. Fit questions and personal detail
A clothing enquiry may include the category, preferred fit, broad measurement or fabric question that prompted the visit. Share only measurements you are comfortable discussing and avoid intimate photographs, health histories or identification numbers. A clothing preference does not require a customer account on these pages. The diagrams illustrate general garment forms; they do not assess a person’s body or make automated recommendations. If someone is making an enquiry for another wearer, use a general description until the wearer has agreed to share more specific information.
12. Later order or return information
If a conversation develops into a purchase or a return question, an item description and transaction reference can help identify the matter. Delivery details, a proof of payment or a photograph of an issue may need an agreed channel in that separate conversation. They are not collected by a hidden checkout here. Do not place full card information or a complete identity document in a general message. Information needed for fulfilling an order should be distinguished from an optional clothing preference or a request to browse categories.
